The Northern Kentucky Water District will be starting a water main replacement project on Hulbert Avenue beginning on Monday August 26^th 2013. This project runs from Clay St. to Riggs Ave. Traffic will be reduced to one lane with flagging operations in place along work zone with road closure possible in certain areas.
