Two (2) Board of Adjustment hearings are scheduled for Monday evening, August 27, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the City of Erlanger Council Chambers.

1. 3424 Dixie Highway – Ms. Shannon Steffen is requesting a Condition Use Permit to allow for outdoor seating on the deck.
2. 2926 Atlas Drive – Mr. John Steinman, Black Forest Holding, is requesting a Dimensional Variance to construct a fence at the front property line on Atlas Drive.
