Two (2) Board of Adjustment hearing is scheduled for Monday evening, May 21, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. 

1.  3500 Jacqueline Drive – Ms. Baker is requesting a variance from the requirements of the fence regulations; the applicant proposes to construct a fence that will be six feet closer to the side street.

2.  3424 Dixie Highway – Ms. Steffen is appealing the decision/ interpretation of the zoning administrator regarding outdoor seating.
