Becky Hopkins is the Information Technology (IT) Director for the City of Erlanger. This position entails the development and support of the IT and voice infrastructure for every department in the city. Ms. Hopkins is responsible for city-wide technology, trouble-shooting, and management of the City's information systems.

Ms. Hopkins started with the City of Erlanger in January 2000. Since then, she has made great strides in advancing Erlanger technologically. The City's workstations have more than doubled, the Police and Fire/EMS Departments are equipped with technically advanced methods of communication and documentation, and the City has a more unified messaging system.

Ms. Hopkins serves as the City's representative to the Northern Kentucky Area Development District (NKADD), along with Mayor Tom Rouse. She is also a member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Hopkins is one of the 2013 winners selected to participate in the Chamber's Leadership Northern Kentucky Class.
