General Government Department - Administration, Economic Development, and Finance

Welcome to the City of Erlanger's General Government Department, located off of Interstate 75 at 505 Commonwealth Avenue. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. We provide numerous services to the public; including, Notary Publics, Passport Processing, the sale of Tank bus passes, monthly recreational events, and much more. The General Government Department works diligently to make Erlanger a well administered, developed, and fiscally sound community.

Solicitation in Erlanger

Any resident who wishes to have their address placed on a list prohibiting uninvited solicitation on their property, please fill out an Anti-Solicitation registration form. Any solicitor who approaches an Erlanger resident must be able to present a copy of an Erlanger Solicitation application that has been approved by the city. The application is only good for one year. If your address is on the "Do Not Knock" list, please get the name of the company they are soliciting for and contact the Erlanger Police department at 727-2424.
