Two(2) Board of Adjustment hearings is scheduled for Monday evening,

May 24, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. 

1.  605 Viox Road – The Wingate Hotel is requesting a dimensional variance for a larger and taller pole sign than what is permitted. This hearing was postponed from April 26, 2024 meeting.

2.  The Drees Company is requesting an appeal of the zoning administrator’s decision regarding the design requirements of the residences within the Crestbourne section of the Lakemont development.  Legal Notice was advertised and is copied below.

The Erlanger Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at the Erlanger City Building, 505 Commonwealth Avenue, Erlanger, KY on MONDAY, May 24, 2010 at 7:00 PM to consider the following issue:

AN APPLICATION TO THE ERLANGER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT BY: Stephen R. Hunt, on behalf of The Drees Company, is requesting an appeal of the zoning administrator’s decision regarding the design requirements of the residences within the Crestbourne section of the Lakemont development. 

Information submitted to the Erlanger Board of Adjustment relative to the subject application is available for examination by interested parties at the Erlanger City Building, 505 Commonwealth Avenue, Erlanger, Kentucky (phone:  859.727.7992).  If anyone has a disability for which the city needs to provide accommodations, please notify the city staff of your requirements at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled public hearing.  This request does not have to be in writing.
