Education is Important to the People of Erlanger.
Erlanger's current school population is
approximately 1,400 students, while Kenton County educates approximately 1,100 Erlanger
children. The Kenton County Schools include Dixie High School, Turkeyfoot Middle
School, Summit View Middle School, Caywood Elementary, Beechgrove Elementary, RiverRidge
Elementary, and Hinsdale Elementary. Erlanger schools consist of Lloyd High School,
Tichenor Middle School, Arnett Elementary, Howell Elementary, Miles Elementary, and
Lindeman Elementary. Those seeking private parochial education are served by the St.

Center The Family Resource Center
concept represents one of the most significant changes brought about by the
Kentucky Education Reform Act (KERA). The
Resource Center will help assure better coordination and distribution of
information about services of various public and private human service
agencies. The Family Resource
Center will serve persons living and working within the Erlanger Elsmere
School District.
The Family Resource Center has
an Advisory Council that is made up of parents, teachers, professional
people and community leaders.
Service and referral for those
dealing with issues of loss, divorce, serious illness, financial distress,
family violence/abuse, alcohol/drug problems, self esteem problems and child
care/parenting skills
